07/03-Present Principal Investigator, Social Development Research Group, University of Washington. Work involves collaborating with project staff to conduct analyses and write papers assessing the effects of classroom practices on children's social skills and problem behaviors.

01/03-Present Adjunct Professor, School of Psychology, Family, and Community, Seattle Pacific University. Job entails teaching an annual Psychometrics course assisting doctoral students in clinical psychology with analytical and measure development problems.

03/01-Present Data Analyst for the Diffusion Project, Social Development Research Group, University of Washington. Work entails conducting analyses, writing papers and preparing research grants for this longitudinal study involving 41 communities over five years and nearly 30,000 children per year.
